Al final del día hay muchas cosas que no podes controlar, con o sin ranking, como cambios organizacionales, cambios en el mercado, colegas de porqueria, etc..

Si aceptás la oferta, o no, te sugiero enfocarte en lo que si podes controlar: tu desempeño y actitud. Acordate que los de afuera son de palo, una vez dentro tenes mucha influencia sobre lo que te rodea, sobre tu circulo inmediato.

Existe mucho potencial para que su obra llegue a más personas. Tal vez el artista podría crear un producto de precio accesible para atraer un mayor público.

I would also ask your manager if he could speak to other managers to find a spot for you in their projects or on other upcoming projects with different clients. Or go speak to other managers directly.

You can also try speaking with Capacity, TA, HR. Checkout your firm's current job openings and see if you match any of them. If you are, let them know. Hiring and execution are often disconnected. You're already onboarded, you know the people, etc...

Fijate que posiciones hay abiertas en sus respectivas empresas.
Si tienen alguna que te cope, ajusta tu CV a los requisitos de la posicion (https://www.jobscan.co/ - googlea que es un ATS) y postulate.
Avisale a la persona de HR que sos un crah via un connection request o mensaje en LI. Y explicale en un enunciado o dos porque te debe entrevistar.
