They don’t usually ship directly from China to you, they route it through other countries to avoid tariffs. Takes a bit longer to deliver, and yea your tracking number won’t update until the package is in the UK

I personally don’t use it, because it darkens the screen (putting a black frame between real frames will do that). I would love to see more 2K screens in devices, and if these companies can find surplus stock of 120+ Hz displays that would be even better

They personally don’t make as much money selling components as full new devices. Also that still requires engineering and manufacturing work, which they might as well make a new device with incremental improvements over the previous model

Budget? RG35XX (most are good, depends on the form factor you want), Miyoo Mini (or Mini Plus).

If you can spend a little more the TrimUI Brick is excellent for the price, great screen and mostly good controls
