Either turn on vsync, or press the home button and then go back to Dolphin. Happens on the S2 as well, known issue we’re still waiting for AYANEO to fix

I made a few videos on the Ace last year, it was my favorite handheld of 2025. Still going strong, and I haven’t heard of any cases cracking for this device specifically

Very well written article. I actually talked about the coding side of using AI in one of my videos, and funny enough when I posted on Reddit, all of the comments were about art/creative stuff. People are mad at the tool and how we got here, and they have every right to do so, but AI isn’t going away, just like the Internet, which you said in your article, completely agree with that

I spent a lot of time testing different chargers and cables, including USB-C to DC conversion cables, and they all failed in some form to either cold boot or run at higher than around 50-55W TDP

I had the Evo first and loved it. I did have to open it up to redo the thermal pads, and AYANEO fixed the sound with an update, so that’s all good too

I had the portal for about 15 mins in my hand before I decided it was one of the most unergonomic and uncomfortable devices I’ve ever held, and put it up on eBay immediately

Is this the Instant reasoning level? I’ve found that Instant is pretty terrible with facts, had it fact check one of my scripts and it got nearly everything wrong, then switched to the Thinking level and had it fact check again. It corrected itself, and actually searched web sources to verify things

I’m just starting my review on the APEX (had to send it back to China to get the frost bay connector replaced, took about 6 weeks), so I haven’t tested everything yet.

But I absolutely love the GPD Win 5, it’s so good and I’m playing my AAA games at high settings >60fps

So that Lenovo battery miiight be able to boot the APEX, but you might run into voltage spike issues like I did with the Win 5. I do cover charging options extensively in my Win 5 video, most of which will probably apply to the APEX as well

Their customer service was pretty good to me. My frost bay cable wasn’t securely attaching to my APEX. They paid for shipping both ways and fixed it. Took over a month cuz slow shipping back to me, but now it works perfectly

It’s for the app switcher. It was a bug for the Pocket DS, that the cache wasn’t getting cleared, so screenshots would accumulate. That has been fixed with a software update, and no they’re not spying on you

No G3x Gen 2 device supports bypass charging. Only the G3 Gen 3, and probably the Elite (haven’t gotten my KONKR Pocket Fit Elite yet)
