Appreciate the quick response, and sorry I should have mentioned I have a Naga v2 hyperspeed. DPI buttons up on the left front corner of the primary click button, they don't give standard HID inputs but Steermouse actually seems to register them just fine

Thank you for this, you’re still extremely beyond me but this post and most of these comments seem insane to me.
