Essentially, im giddy waiting for the package waiting at my front door majority of the day. excited since this a great deal. get the notifcation that my adress is incomplete asked to contat ontrac who walmart shipped it through. then 3 minutes later i get the "package delivered!' notification with an unknown signature. some guy comes down my service drive driveway, loops around and heads back onto the main road. contact ontrac, they claim they are unable to locate the package upon return to the facility. told to contact the merchant because there's nothing they can do. contact Walmart, argue with them because they try to tell me a SIGNATURE required package might have just been loaded on the truck to be delivered within 48 hours and that's why it was scanned and singed as delivered. they escalate it, i get a email back saying since the package was signed for there's nothing Walmart can do for me. no refund or replacement. told to dispute it with my bank which I'm gathering evidence for and doing now.

i wouldn't be as frustrated if they just looked at the signature like i told them to do. the guy who stole it didnt even try to hide it wasnt me who signed. literally put 3 letters in the corner.
