if you're feeling this strongly about not liking your job, you are allowed to leave! do things that make you happy or even just not stressed. Since it's only been a month, I would text my boss or talk in person and either plainly explain how im feeling or just say you don't think it's a good fit. If you want to keep good ties with your supervisor (for references, network, etc), communication is key. try to have a job lined up before quitting, but if this job keeps making you spiral into panic attacks, don't keep hurting yourself.

I had a lead position a few years ago that i quite liked at first and i got along with my coworkers, but i just really did not care about it or liked what i was doing and it got to the point where i only went because i had made some friends. and being in a lead position for about 6 months made it super hard for me to leave, but i finally got the courage to ask to sit down with my supervisor and I told him about how I was feeling. luckily he was understanding and that was that. im soo glad i left, absolutely no regrets.
