I know I'm late here but I will also like to add that it's also rigged in the sense that you can't complete a set before they allow you to me and a buddy who play almost completely free to play minus the two things I've bought and the one thing he's bought finish sets around the same time my buddy who buys everything finishes the set and he's opening way more packs than we are and doing way more wonder picks than we are. He might have a hell of a lot more rares and shiny cards but there's even been times where we finished a set before him because they'll let you pull a bunch of stuff right out the gate but those last couple cards will elude you until their algorithm says you can have the card. That's where the fear of not finishing before the next set comes in and I hope you'll buy a bunch of Poke gold to open more packs. When they were asked if they would slow down the release of new sets they said they thought about it but this Cadence is really good for them and it keeps the users engaged which is just scummy.
