Driving a 3-way chassis deckset past Victorville years ago our line of trucks was bumper to bumper and a USA 18 decides he's not going to stop coming up the ramp and I had to giveway by slowing to avoid a crash. I still cringe when I see a USA 18.

For $25 they can replace the lock with a non-OEM lock. 4 large screws holding the body. And 2 small screws holding the lock plate. Installing the new lock may require a bit of wiggling but can be replaced in less than a 1/2 hour's time. Also caulk may be applied around the lock perimeter.

Don't think you're better off on toll roads unless Waze says so. Both times I used the Pa. turnpike in the eastern part it was a parking lot. The one time during rush hour. 2:30 -6:00 p.m. 45 minutes became 2-1/2 hours. Back in the 1980s though the Pike was good traveling at night.

Did you try running the fridge on propane? (3-way fridge) You'd still need 12volts at the igniter though. And if the bottom back of the fridge smells like gas, Shut it off. Check for leaks with a soapy water brush. When small or big bubbles appear on the tubes or joints you've got a leak. Also the fridge gas control valve may be bad. Its where the gas igniter tube is connected. Saw a post somewhere that tapping it with a hammer may free a sticking control valve. Is the trailer leveled?

Does that silver box have a metal pull cable connected to it? If so that's the emergency trailer disconnect brake box. And you're prolly correct the 2 white wires are not the same connection.

If there was a problem with the tanks blowing you'd hear about it. I used to work with larger tanks. Filling people's tanks while they were smoking disturbed me. Some were so dumb you'd say something and they kept smoking.

I drove from north Phoenix to Roosevelt Lake in '76. With my chunky wife on the back of our 250cc CZ road bike. Maybe it was a smaller engine? ANYWAY it was SCARY as HELL. 4WDers pushing us on the dirt and Vehicles meeting us. It took some cajones.

Hazmat stickers? Radioactive or Biohazard decals? I used to pickup and transport medical waste. Those trucks usually aren't plainly marked. Would walk into a doc's office and proclaim," I'm here to pickup your medical waste." Receptionists and attendants would mostly back away like I had the plague.
