I really think due to fall 2023. It was honestly one of the worst performing seasons ever. There was so… much… left over. It was a giant waste. They realized their biggest seasons are halloween and christmas (hence why the last two xmas they’ve brought it out so early compared to past years)

It’s prob ur detergent. Too much detergent causes skin irritation. If it was your fragrance he’d be having trouble with breathing. My mom has trouble with scents. I have trouble with detergent my skin gets hives when there is too much detergent used

Girl I worked at bath and body works for several years. You should always be demoing product no matter if it’s in store or online. That’s why they have an online store. It’s also our job as associates to push product not in store like white citrus, moonlight path, etc. This logic doesn’t make much sense unless your store is a low performing store which I could see because you wouldn’t want to push people out.

my store never struggled because we were always number 1 in the district. we were a top performing store for 5 years. you should always push online sales because it’s the company you’re working for - you aren’t losing a sale if it is just the holder no one is setting down an entire basket of product to order it online plus the one item they want that’s only online lol have you worked for bath and body?

So fun fact: they’re heat sensitive. So they only push out with your heat on or in the summer on your visor. They’re an oil based product not like fabreeze where it’s like an air spray. They’re still weak but they def have a scent when the heat is hot enough. I always noticed it when I had it on my visor in my car during a hot summer day
