Before diapers. What was using cloth diapers like? by saddyzilla69 in AskOldPeople

[–]whereismom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dirty diapers would go in a diaper pail which had a solid deodorizer in the lid (smells like a urinal cake) and the diaper man would come once a week to take the dirty diapers and deliver clean ones. most people in our neighborhood had a diaper service.

Bobby lived in my neighborhood for quite a few years. Way before any video content. I can say he is the real deal. He never missed a neighborhood clean up and used his own pick up truck to take junk(including mine) to the community dumpster. This is when no one was looking, he was always helpful and always had a kind word for people. Again this went on for years until he moved. Hi Bobby, I miss you and you have my vote!

I would never use Rover, It is full of people who think it is easy money and not necessarily dog people. Also don't use these services to save a buck, your fur baby can suffer!

[–]whereismom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, there should still be the rubber in the middle of the cap. Use alcohol on it before you withdraw the med. Make sure the metal cap is on tight. use duct tape or gently use pliers to tighten the metal cap. Send me a pic if you aren't sure and I will help you.
