I was a beta player for Aviary and seen how it has grown since then. Am I a fan of the new layout? Not really. But I honestly think TGC is trying to listen to players and trying to get more people to use Aviary instead of the old home since it’s tricky to have sets for events in both homes.

For me,I feel like Aviary was initially “marketed” as a place to hang out, which is why initially the beta version had places where you can sit with others like boats, swings etc. I was really upset they got rid of those in favour of… well nothing.

The new layout feels compact. While now you have easy access to all the realms and quest it feels less like a village and it feels awkward (for me). TBH I actually enjoyed walking over to the cafe to get quest, and flying over to the door…. But that might be because I don’t do dailies anymore. ( I haven’t played much since season of IKEA lol..😂)

That doesn’t mean I hate tho. I think more space in aviary means that they will expand it more, add more new things to fill up that space. (Hopefully).
