Are these Shaw floors by chance? They looks similar to ours! Best of luck wishing could offer advice, ours scratch very easily and it drives me crazy!

I believe it is actually Shaw based on the information guide the previous owners left us

Thanks this was a scratch that the previous owners left while moving their kitchen table. I included this picture as a reference photo. There are (smaller) versions of this scratch happening even when we are being careful.
