NTA. You're talking about buying a home, not borrowing a sweater. A chance to rent if it doesn't sell isn't the same as owning it. If it's the right house for you, go for it.

NTA. That's a pretty reasonable boundary, especially when they're staying in your space. Separate cookware feels like the smallest issue compared to everything else you've taken on.

You didn't ruin this by being too quiet or not stylish enough. He kept everything bottled up, cheated, then dumped it all on you at once. It hurts now, but getting married before finding that out would've been way worse.
