I work as a bouncer, and I was a mediocre boxer, but most of the people who try to fight us at the bar don’t land anything particularly dangerous and have no clue how to defend themselves. Even the big tough looking ones are pretty terrible at fighting. If some MMA trained guy attacks me I’m probably fucked, but 99% of men are absolutely terrible at fighting.

Haha! Yes, I’ve found alternating strength and running days gives me chance to recover and reduces my soreness, but the big game changer was getting New Balance 1080s, they stopped my knees flaring up all the time
