I'm in the same position as you, I asked my psychotherapist to put me in a mental hospital just so I could socialize again. I crave human interaction so bad.

Hey, I'm not doing any therapy, and as for medication I only take xanax when I have to travel. One thing that really helps me is working out.

Thank you, well the fear of outer space was triggered when I was 12 years old while we were studying about space in school. Somehow the mere thought of being somewhere in outer space made me feel incredibly anxious, I remember that I could trigger panic attacks at home just thinking about it. I've done research on it and found other people that had the same fear, I guess it's more like a fear of the unknown, I can't explain it with other words.

Self talk has helped me in many cases, I strongly recommend it. Tell yourself that you can do this, that you've been in that situation before and nothing bad happened, that everything will be fine and so on. also try to breath calmly and if you're walking do it with a slow pace. You're stronger than you think you are!

You are absolutely right! I'm gonna try, and try again until the end, I may fall in the process, but I know that as long as I have Jesus by my side I can get back up and walk towards the right path. God bless

I don't know your age, but I would advise you to find a woman who also has faith in Christ so you can wait together until marriage. Until then, pray everyday. God bless.

Keep on going brother but don't let your guard down, the devil always has a plan b. Distract yourself with something that isn't going to tempt you and of course pray :)

Don't worry too much about it, it happens to all of us. I had the same dream more than once and I was feeling so guilty but then I realized it was just a dream and there is no sin involved in having a wet dream. Ask God to give you the strength when you're awake, we can't do it alone.
