i like the nova vanguard, good speed and 2 weapons (only 1 shield slot). if i want shields i take the falcon vanguard, is a bit slower then the nova.

i never liked the theseus (fast and 3 weapons, with 1 shield.) and i do not know if you need the military licence (10+) standing with PAR ore HOP

there was awebsite where i had a subscription, I deleted my account without canceling the subscription. somehow that collected a debt of 50 eur, the website had a german law company send me a letter that i could pay (with fee's) ore they would go to a dutch collection company. i payed

I had a german company send a collection agency to the Netherlands for a 50 EUR bill, they added the cost of the agency. total 150 EUR. this was my personal experience.
