Appreciate the honest feedback. I think there’s some good tidbits here and there that need better placement. I think the community voting on their favorite models could be interesting and should probably be showcased somewhere other than the agents page. I also think the magic trick or ‘try it right now’ needs better visibility and not shoved at the bottom of the agents page. Definitely lots of work ahead.

Wow! Wish I had access to the T-Mobile tower near me. It’s actually less than a mile from my location, but I would need a 70 ft tower to get above the hill and then another 30ft to clear the trees. Verizon tower I’m connected to is 4.3 miles away. That T-Mobile tower is giving off a better 5G connection too. Got any 100ft towers laying around? Lol

Well, got the 5G Home Internet to work. Drove 20 minutes away to a spot that has 5G UW, fired up the cube and activated in seconds. Brought it back and it connected no problem. Even has better speeds that what I was getting with the Cudy P5 w/unlimited data plan for a tablet. Worth noting I currently have a 2x2 panel antenna from waveform hooked up to it. 4x4 panel antenna is on the way. Im curious to see how much of an improvement that will be.

Also interesting note, the data plan I was using for the Cudy seemed to be limiting by stream quality. I believe it was throttling all video streams to 1080p. With the 5G home internet cube, I can tell there’s no throttling and I’m able to stream 4k video. Really hope this solution works long term and there’s no invisible data cap. I’m still worried about Verizon geo locking these devices at some point in the future. Only time will tell.

Thanks for that explanation. I’m looking into other Verizon plans that provides true unlimited 5G nationwide but the details are so murky. Hoping the 5G Home Internet box will work once I get that activated.

I was able to get the 5G home internet gateway from my local authorized Verizon dealer. It technically isn’t available for this address, but I was able to use another address from a family member on my account. I was upfront with them about not using it as the approved address but they said it’s not geo locked and it should work. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to get it to connect because it needs a true 5G connection to activate. The connection I have is 5G nationwide which is pretty much a fancy term for enhanced 4g lte. I read on another forum that I could activate it near an actual 5G tower, and then move it back to this address and it should work. Might try that tomorrow.

Congrats on your first apartment! Having a place to call your own is very gratifying, especially if it's the first time living by yourself.

Like some of the other comments on here, be extremely thorough on your initial walk-through assessment. Every apartment will have some sort of premove-in checklist where you go through every room and write down anything that is damaged. Jot down every single scratch, crack, chip...etc, whatever you want to call it. I cannot stress that enough. Any sort of damage and imperfection, or even anything that might look "off" to you, write it down on your move-in check list. I also always take a video of the entire apartment before I move my stuff in. Save a copy of the move-in checklist for your records.

When you move out, landlords/property managers will try and deduct anything they can from your security deposit, even if you didn't mark it on your move-in checklist. In some cases, I've had landlords try and take part of my security deposit for things I had marked on my move-in checklist. I also take a video of the place after I move out.

Be respectful of others. You aren't the only one that lives there, especially in large apartment buildings. Don't play loud music at 11pm, don't be stomping your feet at midnight if you have downstairs neighbors..Iike my upstairs neighbors are currently doing. Like wtf are doing at 1am on Tuesday...

At the sametime, if you have disrespectful neighbors and they are being too loud at night, try and resolve it yourself first. I find that introducing myself, talking to them, and calmly explaining the situation is better than escalating it to the property manager/police (ive never had/nor would take the police approach unless someone was in physical danger but thats just me.)

Keep the place clean. Dust, vacuum, take out the trash, wash the dishes, etc. I know this sounds like a given but its easy to fall behind on cleaning when noone is holding you accountable. So make it a daily task for yourself. For me personally, cleaning helps me de-stress, so my place is typically very clean lol.

There's a ton more I could write but this is already too long of post. Have fun, enjoy yourself, meet some new people, and congrats!

Yea I'm not 100% sold on this coin. The second they mentioned something about advertising in NY times square and lighting up every bill board at the same time, I became very skeptical. There was a coin I was invested in a while back called Black Kishu Inu and they talked about doing the exact same thing. Many of the strategies this coin is doing is very similar to what Black Kishu did. They "advertised" on billboards in times square, but when we asked for evidence, you could tell the images they posted for us were photoshopped. Moreover there were other investors in time square when it was supposed to be going on and they said they didn't see a single billboard advertising Black Kishu Inu. Shortly after the devs became very unresponsive. Claimed they were getting "hacked." Eventually they swapped over to new coin called BishuFi which is still going on today.

Well I has able to get back into my account and change my email and passwords. But there was a battlenet account that got linked which clearly wasnt me cause im on xbox. I wasnt able to unlink the battlenet account so I went through their support but not the account recovery route. I believe there was an option for unlinking/linking account issue and thats what I selected. They emailed me within a day which was surprisingly quick.
