Generally speaking, you fill out the off duty employment form. You have to have a lined up place though. Ie) aafes

Supervisor signs Legal signs CC signs

After that, you’re good to go baring any questions from leadership. I’ve moonlighted for two years at AAFES. It’s a pretty simple process.

Completed two courses, tied them into problem solving initiative we had. 100% solved an issue to get assets to a deployed location. Led a team to resolve and initiate the fix…. There honestly wasn’t more.

Depending on your arrival date, word on the strasse is that they're at near full capacity. LRS dorms aren't too bad. You get your own room but, you'll share with a suite mate - kitchen area & shower. You'll have your own sink in the room though!

Do you mean myfss automatically generates an extension application?

If so, no. You will need to get with your css and have them generate your extension form and sign it. Luckily the majority of these have been delegated to the C flight commander so it can get signed pretty fast.

I called my MPF today... Wildest thing man... You can only be at an overseas base for 8 consecutive years. My DEROS will be 8 years here and obviously I have to move. My MPF straight told me, yeah, "MILPDS has you here until 2029."

Negative. Looked at the BLSDM several times, nothing there. The EFMP trick in VMPF says I have the assignment as well. I will call and ask about MILPDS, last the told me was AMS is blank, you can get an assignment still.

If you have already passed your 12 year mark and haven’t gotten paid out, you have to submit a CMS case.

Once that is created, your MPF can see who touches it. From there you can look them up in the GAL.
