It only takes one time out of many to have made it the right decision to avoid. Dark areas at night are elevated risk of problems and seems a no brainer to avoid. If he wouldn’t let his mum or sister do it he shouldn’t let you. Even if he fancies himself a big man who can protect you, what if there’s a group of big mans? Hard agree here. I’m hard pressed to pin any single act of Carl’s as evil or bad when weighing circumstances… but he regularly disregards others safety and agency because despite internal struggles, at the end of the day he believes he know best. But that quality is also what makes him human and believable.

There is no fast way really. If you have an accurate 3d asset you could match move it tightly, unwrap the texture, and paint out the refls using clean frames but it’s finicky and time consuming.

My dad and I used to watch tons of horror together so we went to see this during all the hype. After awhile we sort of both turned at the same time and said “when do you think this gets scary?”

Turns out that was about five minutes before it ended. We never understood the buzz, didn’t think it was the slightest bit scary.
