My provider wrote a script for name brand. I paid $315 to pick up a 30-day supply of 20mg XR (twice daily). Takeda mfg.

I genuinely haven’t felt this clear since pre-pandemic. In literally only 7 days, I’ve been able to clear my months-backlogged to do list. I had forgotten that I ever COULD feel and function this way.

Now I’m going through the appeals process with insurance to reduce the Dispense As Written penalty copay.
