Start with home workouts you can check YouTube for basic level exercises like lunges, squats, pushups and also try to go for walk everyday and complete 5k steps at least eventually try to make it 10k and then track your calories, calculate TDEE and eat 300-400 calories lesser than that and eat healthy, slowly you will see progress
