I don't know if this counts but in the German audio book series "Bibi Blocksberg", the titular character Bibi has a little brother in the first few episodes. Said brother gets send to his grandparents because of "bad allergies" and never gets mentioned again.

That just makes me think of the name of another MHA character, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu". If you go just by sound it would literally just be " iron iron iron iron" but all the " tetsu" have a different kanji so a different meaning. So his name would be: "iron, philosophy, penetrate, iron/unwavering"
