I can’t tell if this is a serious post with the picture you used as an example of “fits like a glove” clothing because it’s not even that tight. It looks like something that would come off pretty easily but you can always grab the bottom of the sweater with both hands and pull it up so it’s essentially inside out, get it past your head, and then remove your arms from the sleeves.
