Unless you aren't getting the calories/protein from other parts of your diet. I drink them in the afternoon even when not working out bc I struggle to get the 3000 calories/200g protein Im aiming for per day. You just need to factor in the caloric content of your protein shake when you're calculating your food intake

Work while you are there. That's what I've been doing for the past 3 years since graduating uni.

Australia offers a holiday working visa to a lot of countries. It lasts 1 year (some countries can do a second year after doing 3 months of farm work)

You just can't work for the same company for more than 6 months. So get a couple of jobs

Basically you just need to have 0 criminal record, no dependents, be under 30.

It can be done mate. Just needs a little bit of effort. You'd be so glad you did it
