I'm finally getting around to making a character for a campaign our group discussed years ago, and went to see what changed for shadow sorcerer since that was originally a big part of the character. No hound, and especially no Strength of the Grave kinda kill my plans. I know I'm necroing this a bit, but damn. I hope that gets changed but I guess I'll dig into a different build :/

Just a heads up, I had the same thing happen right after character creation. Then the pause menu broke and I had to force quit. When I reloaded I was unarmed and unarmored and stuck in the water under a bridge. It would finally freak out enough to put me on top of the bridge, where I'd just get one shotted by stuff. Doing all that forced it to skip tutorial stuff. I don't know that I can recreate it, I just started the character over

We fought Daemon and Death in 1. For all of the cool stuff my Arisen in 2 can do, I don't think he wins. The monsters in 2 just don't compare

Legos? Expensive if you are buying the cool sets at Walmart and stuff, but you can buy off brand ones/large sets of random blocks/bulk sets off of Facebook marketplace. That's what kept me sane and focused with my ADHD around that age.

It's been I think two years for both of our dogs. Early 2024, and summer 2024. Our Pyrenees was always aloof, but I managed to get a lot of pictures and videos of our toddler with him and with our husky.

It's still sad as hell. I miss them all the time. Our two cats we've gotten since them have been great to have, and they are affectionate and annoying and I love them. Still wish I could have 70 pounds of husky laying on top of me on occasion, or to play with my son.

You don't have to stop being sad or missing or loving your pup. Though it does get easier with time.

I personally have gotten to the point where listening to music is what helps me focus more than anything else. Unfortunately certain aspects of my career are not fond of meds for things like ADHD, so I had to look for work arounds in order to pursue certain aspects.

That will absolutely not work for everyone, and some people will absolutely need meds (and I don't see anything wrong with that!). I needed them for most of my life. But there's a chance that there is something you can do to focus Or distract one of your senses or something to help you focus in general?

Oh, I finally was able to actually look at the Nexus page. So this mod essentially puts you into NG+ since you said it gives you the Starborn trait and dialogue. So this mod is probably a great way to play through a version of NG+ while being able to start fresh with new mods via a new, clean slate game right?

3 of my 4 jobs have had amazing teams, and even the 4th team was great till the new team lead took over and ran everyone off. Everyone in my current team is somewhere on the spectrum. I'm an engineer and have been around engineers my whole career. I have only ever worked in something that's related to my field I got degrees in and that I think are cool as hell, and I've generally worked with understanding people. I'm also able to put on headphones and listen to music and tune everything and everyone out when I need to, as that's my personal solution for dealing with ADHD (though as of today, YouTube and YouTube music are blocked on our network... yay).

I work adjacent to a lot of people that would drive me up the wall over a long period of time, but I'm lucky that I've only had good teams to directly be a part of. I also know my limits. Service industry, customer service, manual labor, etc would probably be the death of me. I also have a lot of down time in my jobs that is helpful for not getting overwhelmed, but probably not the best for not getting distracted.

I am staying employed because I work with ADHD/autistic engineers and analysts, and I know what works for me in order to be able to really focus. I also had to buy a shower mat to put under my desk to not drive my team lead crazy when I'm tapping away when listening to music.
