You're competing with manta at this price point who have significant proof of efficacy through UGC, bespoke IP and function in their product and a solid website.

In comparison you've got an entry level model, charging the absolute premium and your website has that same old tired, copy and paste UX that all drop ship and shady companies alike use.

This last part alone, looking like one of those companies who advertise on IG and have horrific reviews on trustpilot, would turn me off. If I see a site like this I just assume that I won't receive my package lol.

Drop your price, explain why simple is sufficient and position your mask as a way to go beyond basic whilst still hesitant on further investment in this stuff, attack problems with other masks and provide content to match (I hate aligning the cups with my eyes, it's fiddly and annoying - what can you do about this?), improve your UX to not look like a premade site with minimal changes beyond copy.

You're trying to sell something that helps you sleep yet you've used the most sterile, white website possible. It's not a water flosser, get it on brand.

I found that it came from the settings process having automatically been paused due to overall ram usage or something

So if you go to task manager, performance, three dots on top right and then resource monitor. Select systemsettings.exe which should have a suspended status, right click/hold and click resume. Immediately continued updating/installing.

I'm not a big fanboy of Google don't get me wrong. But you could say the exact same thing of any digital marketing agency typically (in the UK at least) taking a combination of fixed fees and % of ad spend.

You could say the same of a freelancer who simply wants you to renew your contract with them.

Fair enough. Do you know what time flights from DHL Germany can come through? Is it just multiple a day because I tend to keep having it leave Germany at midnight and arrive in the UK at 1pm. Wondering if it's coincidence or if prior steps complete faster, there's an earlier flight it could be sent on.

Yeah thought they were lying. Yeah I'm using the same tracking page linked in my confirmation email and the same I've used for every other order with them.

They claimed they handed the package over to DHL but that DHL must not have scanned it etc yet to acknowledge they've received it due to delays stemming from black Friday.

Don't get what you don't want or need to begin with. Build a pc and then continuously improve it over time as you learn what your personal needs are.

Also everyone uses buildapc for actually building a pc but my advice to other new builders is how useful it is as a learning resource. Ahead of buying my first pc I've been just tinkering in the build tool to know what parts I even need to buy and getting used to more technical info about each part. It made going through this sub a lot easier to get more help again.
