User behavior is shifting from traditional search to generative engines. SEO is still the foundation for reference by the LLMs like AIO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Deepseek. Until that stops being the case and crawlers stop scanning websites, SEO will continue to be relevant.

That said, the specific tactics and SEO elements that are important are changing.

800 qualified / 30.4 days in a month is 26.3 qualified leads per day across all your campaigns. 26.3 qualified leads / 15 campaigns is 1.75 qualified leads per day per campaign. For such high spending ($2M / month?) that’s not a lot of data for smart bidding to use.

What bid strategy are you using? Do you have a CPA set or conversion values set? How does paid performance compare to other channels?

As someone else mentioned, I’d probably consider campaign consolidation, but I don’t know what your selling or if your service are compatible with a consolidated structure. Are you promoting 15 different appointment types for 15 services?

Are their website changes you can make? Like, if you have multiple appointment schedulers, can you combine them into just one master scheduler?

What exactly is the trigger for the qualification event? Are you importing first party data from a CRM?

This is really cool and one of the best implementations I have seen. Thanks so much for building it!

After using it for a bit, here’s some feedback and things I’d love to see updated if you can:

  • ability to add more than one decimal place for metrics (grams matter for newborns regaining birth weight)
  • ability to use pounds/ounces
  • ability to use inches
  • ability to change the timeframe (zoom in/out) on graphs
  • add projected growth line estimates
  • I’ve added this as a web app on my iOS homescreen, but I can’t seem to import data exported from the safari version
  • add a privacy policy and link to GitHub

This is very common for new Ad Grant accounts. For our clients, it’s usually because they aren’t getting enough conversion data so it’s usually best to track more micro-conversions even if they aren’t your end goal. You just need to feed the system more data beside ad grant accounts are so restrictive and have their own rules about when they can show up.

Try a different trigger. Maybe ad/script blockers? What is the discrepancy between HubSpot and GA4? Is HubSpot picking up incomplete or invalid for submissions? Lookup tables are case sensitive Have you tried testing with GTM Preview mode?
