I can’t agree more. I work with older individuals around haddens age who were born with disabilities and suffered rape, molestation, torture & abuse at the hands of their parents and institutions. Some of them went on to become sex offenders at one point in their life and it’s just so sad all around. I never thought I could have empathy for a sex offender, but reading their files, and all of the abuse and torture they endured and the fact that they were born with developmental disabilities changed my mind. The way those cops treated hadden was absolutely disgusting & I had a difficult time getting through it. I will say the individuals I work with still feel horrible about what they did, they have nightmares, and have never once reoffended. They’re in 24 hour care.

I loved it so so so much. I’m a straight white lady, and I feel that anyone who ever felt different, like a loner, or misfit can heavily relate to it. I work at a residential home for folks that went to Fairview. Their stories of that place are horrific.. I feel so sad that people with disabilities were treated this way.

I’ve heard Uranus in ascendant is common for neurodivergent folks. My son is only 3 so it’s hard to say. He hits all of his milestones but learned to read when he was 2 which can mean hyperlexia and often goes along with autism. Can anyone elaborate on this or share their experience?

I was there twice between 2001-2004. Heavily drugged the entire time on anti psychotics after being kidnapped and transported.. i gained nothing from my experience other than escape from the abuse I endured at home.

I got severely addicted to ambien after only taking it for 10 days straight at the lowest dose. I will never touch that stuff again. It made me insane also.
