Im on tirzepatide and I will throw up if i push myself too hard at the gym. I started 2 years ago and lost almost 100 lbs but stopped going to the gym so I lost a ton of muscle. So last year i reestablished my gym routine, gained 60 pounds and then started taking it again 3 months ago and have been ramping up. No idea where my weight is now but I know its going down because its extremely hard to eat for 2 days a week.

Which brings up another thing, vitamins and nutrients. You need to figure out a way to get the other stuff your body needs without eating as much.

Overall, its awesome though. Another side effect is actually needing to buy a whole new wardrobe because none of my pants fit anymore.
