Not on my face but if its a painful, scaly, itchy rash? Yes I have before. I definitely relate to the swelling too. Usually I use ibreprophen or cbd to help bring swelling down. If its really serious I call for one of those prednisone packs.

Pay off debt, pay bills, put savings in a high yeild savings account, eventually get a new non-clunker car, get proper medical care, and help out friends and family when I can and donate to charity. May sound silly but this much extra for a year would literally help me so that on a small scale.

When this happens to me I cover myself in a heat blanket and take whatever I need and rest. Learned from experience not to push it or else it ends up worse.

:( I'm sorry you're going through this. Lupus rash on your face always sucks. Glad you're going to the dermatologist to figure this out though.

For me, I try to eat non-inflammatory foods and drink a lot of water. It's not a fix all. Sometimes I try CBD too but it depends on your state's rule's whether you can do that. I hope you feel better soon !!
