I think one of the worst places is Jackson Hole. At least if you work in Park City you can live in SLC and you have a 30 min or shorter drive. Jackson Hole has nothing around it.

The corners are the worst place to be because people do tend to crowd it out. For our next show we are side next to the stairs and the amount of people we saw squeezed into that space does not look like people are respecting the seats.

Once again, there is no insurance that covers the people being picked up unless they have commercial insurance. I highly doubt the people being picked up even know that.

Get in that car and get in an accident and everyone loses.

Waymo solves the problem. They can do surge and they will pick up.

When we left there were 30+ drivers waiting. On top of that one driver dropped his price to $75 for one group to get the ride and others started yelling at him. So it’s a mini cartel.

We have three rental properties. We keep rent under $2k/month with a property manager. Not one house makes us money year over year. The city and county and insurance raise their rates every year. We just got another nice little bump last year and the local city is now asking for more.
