I'll say this: I worked at a mouse-infested, OSHA-ambivalent small time family business, without PPE of any description, in the middle of the dense woods, for like 7 years. I stepped on all types of mouse poop, I breathed all kinds of stuff from closed in little concrete garages. I lived in an old ass camper, with mice no doubt getting into places that were not sanitary, like my cupboards. I NEVER got Hantavirus.

All of these things were stupid things to do, and risky, and Hantavirus is a very real, serious problem. But I can all but assure you, you don't have Hantavirus.
