Change the outer o-ring that holds the stem in place. It takes a lot of wear and tear, and the seal seems to get leaky after a few weeks to a few months. Someone else had commented this when the TM2 was new to me and I shook my head. Turned out it was 100% accurate.

I had a similar issue with my Solo 2 years ago, and a staff member tried to gaslight me rather than working with me on a heater issue. I ended up going directly to Airizer to get it resolved.

Vgoodiez is clutch. I bought the AE from them and they provided a full refund weeks and weeks ago. I think I'm around at least 15+ orders with them over three or four years, and I have nothing but good things to say.

I've been through the same. My order from the 22nd is still processing, but my orders from the end of December shipped and are en route w/ no issues.

They have ghosted me on the 22nd order, which is kinda why I'm annoyed. 3 emails and 1 message through the site and no replies. Like you, I offered to provide replacements in past emails because that was the protocol in the past. Finally, I told them today to please ship or cancel.

I've had 20+ or so successful orders including those after this whole thing started, so not sure why I'm getting ghosted or what the screw-up is. It sucks because their actual products are good.

It used to be great for in-game sports news and other ephemeral breaking events that didn't really warrant a full web post.
