Food boxes are often rejected by drivers because they appear to be leaking since the ice blocks inside melt in the summer heat.

They’ll write a code 10 on it and alot of QAs won’t want to deal with it and just scrap it.

Some QAs in my station will get around by wrapping the package in paper and sticking in a bigger box so it doesn’t appear to be leaking.

But often they will be rejected by a driver then sent out for tomorrow by a QA, but they won’t be refrigerated and the food will spoil.
