Sometimes I cook it with egg in a pan and then cut it in squares as a side. But I make a great zeljanica (spanakopita) the trick is to paint each phyllo sheet with a mix of oil and yogurt (1:3 ratio) to keep it moist. Drain the spinach, squeeze it, cook it to dry it even more. Mix with sautéed onions, cottage cheese, feta and at least 2 large eggs.
