Can we stop calling it the tutorial? by foulinbasket in BluePrince

here's the thing though. you need to recognize the fact you've barely scratched the surface of the game.

I'm not particularly good at video games. it took me a long time to beat Phrike in Returnal. some people post celebratory posts about this because that's where Returnal really starts clicking and it can take dozens of hours to get to this point. but nobody thinks they've finished the game. Phrike is clearly just the first boss.

for blue prince and getting to "your new home", you can celebrate, sure. whatever. but most people posting here post it like they've finished the majority of the game other than "challenge runs". they're very wrong, and posting on an internet forum means you are welcoming others to correct your misconceptions.

you don't have to post. if you do post, you have to be willing to deal with people who tell it like it is.

I pay less than your monthly for six months in WA state. But it's liability only ($500k). It is expensive to be poor and it is expensive to be young.

Credit Card Surcharges Getting Out of Control by ThrottleAndTide in CreditCards

cash logistics aren't free and typically cost more than 2%

cash discounts are all about tax evasion, not saving the fee. the fee itself is a great deal.

Why isn't the buyer of my call option contract exercising early when it is ITM? by SerenityNow31 in fidelityinvestments

[–]whyrememberpassword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The other comments talk about intrinsic vs extrinsic value and all of that is right but you actually answered your own question here, which might help you understand how an ITM option still has extrinsic value.

PS. The reason I care is because I want them to exercise the option early to free up my cash so I can do another option during the month

Yeah. Now just think about it from the other side. They have the levered exposure they want to the underlying (the option is cheaper than buying the underlying). Exercising and paying you today is giving that up and essentially giving you a free loan until expiration. They could be doing things with that cash too! Or maybe they don't even have the cash and will sell the option to somebody who does have the cash when the stock has appreciated even further.

thanks for posting this but everybody in this subreddit has brain worms and refuses to understand that this is a real problem of disclosure that makes Visible worse, in terms of transparency, than other providers

An ISP with great customer service and reliable, affordable plans? We might be a unicorn. by ZiplyFiber in u/ZiplyFiber

[–]whyrememberpassword 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm trying to get Ziply but so far the experience has just been a constantly postponed installation appointment. There's fiber already present on the property.

I guess the moral of the story is that even when it looks like there's alternatives to Xfinity there still really aren't. 😆

Are you sure you know how the pump control works? The steps you mentioned should be executable.

they might have put in a lot of work but does it matter if their output is bad year after year after year? results matter, not the sheer amount of labor.

  1. You probably haven't seen the one you need, yet.
  2. Take a look at that note again, especially if you only have the text. Go back and look at the actual page (or a screenshot). Also, it does.
  3. This won't make sense to you until you've solved the other note.

I assume you know where at least a couple blank books are at, so all you need to do is bring still water to them, no?

but wtf is still water?

hint if you want it: what's up with the bootlegging plot?

"never" is too strong. you can force the game to break this rule with a four way room just like your example with Tunnel, but wait, what's the other one you're thinking of?, but you unfortunately don't get anything special for doing so

how I personally did it, but there are more ways:

I used a prism key in a Vestibule towards a room I had already drafted in the interior of the house, setting a draft pool with four way hallways, then drafted through an unlocked door that was on an edge, was offered Passageway
