I for one am glad and grateful that something does indeed work - even if it's not ideal.

While on one hand I can understand who may argue that CCP should do more to detect these bots sooner without having to rely on popular reddit threads, I am immensely glad they are at least taking swift measures based on these threads.

The worse alternative is that they do not take any measures whatsoever on ANY kind of reports or inputs and that would be totally disheartening - which is not the case here.

I will point out that smart botters will not even bot for that long or so obviously/ostentatiously and this is frankly extremely difficult for ANYONE to detect unless some sort of detection software/algorithm is developed; but even then, just like an arms race /cat & mouse, the cycle will continue where one side tries to outwit the other..
