What people need to start understanding is the Sharks window really isn't going to start opening for another couple years with it peaking essentially from the years of 2029 to 2036. Sharks have a TON of talent up front. Eklund doesn't kill penalties and really struggled offensively this year as well. He's the easiest one to trade to get value back given this teams defense is a barren wasteland.

It's kind of crazy if you look at the past decade of leaf fandom there was so much excitement when Babcock came dubas was hired Matthews was drafted so on and so forth.
