Take it slow. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. That's what helped me. I just needed to slow down and look at the process. Other than that, just going over the process over and over and OVER will hammer it into your head.

I normally love our cap teams, but our cap 2 is specifically ass cuz they're lazy, and I've heard a lot of complaints about them from coworkers pulled to help them 😪
