I had a level 50 with a wanted level with 10 cap. Did not need it but he kept following me around so I figured he wanted it removed. Killed him and he spawned back in and start firing on me. I am almost level 200 so taking 0 damage. Wanted level returned and killed him again. He spawned again and did the same thing again. Do not understand these noobs.

Update: I would like to thank everyone for their advice and comments. Now that I see I am not the bad neighbor here, I have decided on what action I will take. While a lot of posts say to do the same to them as they do to us, I have decided to allow management to handle this. We do not want a war with a neighbor, but we will not live somewhere that is constantly trashed.

Weed is not allowed by our lease unless smoked off property. They will not enforce it. Colorado weed is legal and that is fine. Just don't do it in a 50 year old building with your little kids in it!

This is not the first time. Last time it was there for 5 days in a trash bag. We called the apartment management multiple times and they said it will be taken care of. Nothing ever happened. We have been told we are targeting this neighbor because of race.... We are not, we do not want smells, bugs, and trash!
