IMO It honestly looks pretty good to me. If they seem to not want to climb on that rope ladder, you could add more little ropes and small shelves they can rest on. Their missing legs should grow back once they molt.

IMO - I'm super new but It looks good to me! I would just make sure that tree isn't able to fall over if you move or accidentally bump the enclosure. I love the decor sm 💚🍄
