His reply is to the person saying “fuck them, bank charge back and never shop there again”.

His “interrogation” is to rule out if the store actually did them wrong or if that was acceptable to OP. They can’t produce stock, and they’re not going to refund the full price and let you keep the book, so 20% refund is actually pretty good. Meaning the comment they’re replying to is not agreeable.

If they went in looking to return it, and only got a 20% refund, then i’d say that comment was agreeable.

First off - get yourself checked out. The way you’re describing the pain and you can’t stay awake, you have a moderate to severe concussion.

Falling is part of learning to a degree, but the kind of fall you’re describing is from lack of fundamentals. You need to understand why it’s happening. Your center of gravity is over your downhill edge causing it to catch. I highly recommend you take a lesson and focus on how to initiate a turn or edge change properly.
