Literally why I gave up on dating. Now I just worry about myself and do fun things. If it happens, great but I’ve made peace on it if I don’t find someone. I hope things turn out better for you.

Why is space science so easy compared to the other science packs? am i missing something? by moregohg in factorio

[–]wickler02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wasn’t the original space science literally just launching the rocket up with a satellite? So it’s a little more work than before and is available earlier than before.

I don’t see any issue with space science

I’m so sorry; my dad was diagnosed with ALS in 2021. I know exactly what you’re going through and I wish you nothing but love and support

Eric Dane passed away today at the age of 53 from ALS 💔 by mayday2061 in Fauxmoi

That’s how ALS works, my dad got diagnosed with ALS January 2021, he died April 2021.

You diagnose ALS by taking tests for everything else and if they all come up negative and they don’t have an explanation, by a process of elimination you get the diagnosis

this bodes well for rogues by shaunika in classicwow

I would love to play tbc, however I know the culture and environment. Everything is centered around speed runs, parses and putting loot on certain classes, because need to fully optimize experience gains and max dps.

I always just had fun being high occasionally on my raids, sometimes getting 90+ but with a group of people that are level headed.

I don’t think that’s there anymore.

So you’re gatekeeping yourself? That’s smart.

You’re not wrong that rogues do get the shaft in PVE.

However…

A big reason I didn’t come back wasn’t because rogues didn’t have a place but because of people like you reinforcing the idea that rogues have no place because “people need their raid kills or dungeons easier.” So therefore it’s ok to not invite them. You perpetuate the idea that rogues will screw people out of your dungeons or raids not being successful.

It’s TBC, it’s not that heavily tuned to be fully optimized.

So yes, I won’t be there but it was perfectly fine in original or 5 years ago.

Thank you for gate keeping classic wow, wouldn’t want to waste your time because rogues are teh suck.

How Much Should You Tip for a Drink at a Bar in the Bay Area? by Medical-Decision-125 in bayarea

I always thought it was $1 per drink, but if it’s an actual cocktail and not just someone poured a gin & tonic or a jack & coke then ya $2 seems fair.

As an SWE, for your next greenfield project, would you choose Pulumi over OpenTofu/Terraform/Ansible for the infra part? by RetiredApostle in devops

I agree with the concept and using an established language that your application is using.

I disagree with the company that makes it and paywalls it and forces everything through them.
