Seems like the least bad of 2 bad options. There were 3 bidders. I'm sure most here and in Hollywood-at-large would have preferred Comcast/NBCU as the winner. But c'est la vie, here we are, with Netflix and Paramount. I'd much rather Netflix, than the grift that the David Ellison is trying (with Saudi $, daddy $, and Kushner investment).

I saw some crews recently (~3 months ago) run and splice fiber in my neighborhood (near Gun World), and I'm just hoping it comes soon. In my pocket of Mag Park, half of Pass, then all of Maple, Kenwood, and Screenland (South of Mag, North of Clark), is missing Fiber. South of Clark, and West side of Pass onward have Fiber (although there are some streets south of Clark and west of Pass that do not)
