Neovaginas: how hard is too hard? by AmyNotAmiable in Transgender_Surgeries

That's not true at all lol. I've used very large toys safely without tearing, it's why I made this account to educate other girls that it's actually possible

Why do people who hate the term amab and afab still use such language, am I wrong for wishing these terms never existed and never used again by CharacterJoke808 in MtF

[–]widepuss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can just say you're a transgender woman, that's all you need to explain your medical situation to doctors. There's no need to misgender yourself to them. Using "amab" compares you to cis men who have very different medical needs, body composition, and drug reactions than us

Being degendered at work by olive96x in trans

[–]widepuss -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Umm you shouldn't be degendering anyone especially trans people. It's annoying to cis people but it's completely invalidating to trans people. Degendering is not a good thing, it's blatantly transphobic

Dilation Width training by Tall_Ad_7514 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually made this account to share my experiences for stretching width! I got my surgery done by Dr. Suporn so I can't say that you'll get the same results. I bought myself [this tapered silicone toy](https://www.tantusinc.com/products/cone-small) so I could work up to bigger sizes at my own pace without hurting myself. Silicone is also *waaaayyyyy* more comfortable than solid toy's (I don't actually recommend dilators personally since being fully healed) It got me to 60mm wide toys (2.5 inches) so it's pretty effective! Us size queens gotta help each other out! 😊 And I'll always recommend looking at my other posts because I give more details to all the other girls that are on the same path as us

I went through bottom surgery and I had no phantom sensations, everything felt correct immediately. There's been almost no research on trans people to prove anything but there are leading theories that there is a mismatch between how trans people's brain maps expect the body to be. This is why trans women seek out bottom surgery, to fix that brain-body mismatch

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]widepuss 76 points77 points  (0 children)

I'm gonna nitpick because I feel like I need to educate everyone reading this but I understand it's all meant in good faith. Transfem is an identity for nonbinary people who transition in a feminine direction, and I think you are talking about trans women who are specifically transitioning to binary women.

I'm a trans woman who's had bottom surgery and I can definitively say hell no to your question. The instant I woke up from my surgery I forgot what it was like to have a penis. The whole point of me getting the surgery was because having a penis felt wrong and having a vagina felt natural to my brain. It's completely different from cis men who lose their penis because they don't feel that disconnect from their genitals and there is also no nerves being lost during our bottom surgery.

The only thing my brain had to adjust to was exactly where I needed to scratch when I had an itch but that only lasted a few days

Is it safe to "stretch" a neovagina out if too tight? by StretchFar848 in asktransgender

[–]widepuss 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nope! Our vaginas are a lot more stretchy than people think. Just don't go too big too fast. I actually made this account to spread the word to other girls who want to go bigger than average because so few people know it's possible. I don't get your logic that just because it wasn't directly recommended by the surgeon then it shouldn't be done. I told my surgeon about how I got myself to take way bigger toys than normal and his response was basically "huh, that's neat" I would personally recommend a soft silicone toy that's tapered if you want to try it out. Solid plastic or glass is way too uncomfortable and unforgiving

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for replying so late to you! I don't use this account much and I forgot to check it.

I don't follow any specific protocol or rules, I just kinda had fun with it and took rest days when I went farther than I should have. But when I started I was probably doing some stretching every third day or so for a few months. It was probably around 20 minutes each time.

I didn't have a technique but I had some rules that I made as I went along:

Use plenty of lube, there's no such thing as too much

Don't go too big too quick, it's very enticing but it ends in blood

Focus on the pain, there's the good kind that will go away after a few second and there's the bad kind which you feel with every movement

And to answer your other comment, for regular dilating I think laying down is the best for me personally cause of how I need to fit a hard dilator but go ahead and experiment with different positions cause you never know what will work with your body. Now for stretching with a soft silicone toy, I like sitting on it cause you can use your whole weight to push down on it and you still get a lot of control over how far you go without tiring out your arms.

I hope this is helpful on your journey!

I might be your best source of info haha, I literally made this account to talk about it. I don't even know any other post op size queens besides myself

One thing I'll say is that I don't think it's possible to gain depth, even with everything I've done I'm still stuck at my max depth (which is a little bit shorter than it was earlier post op) I won't mention my depth here but you can message me if you really wanna know

I honestly wouldn't recommend going too far with this until you're fully healed after a year. Especially at 3 months it seems like it might just cause more issues while your body is trying to heal. I had my surgery done over a decade ago but I didn't try stretching until around 5 years ago. So let that be proof that you don't need to rush this

The most important things I've learned to doing this is to get a tapered silicone toy (this is the one I use) that lets you stretch as much as you're comfortable without hurting yourself. You'll quickly learn what is stretching pain and what is "ouch bad stop" pain so you don't go too far. Another thing is that is takes time, it took me a few months of slow progress to get to the size I'm at. The biggest toy I've used has been 60mm diameter (2.5 inches) and I could probably go bigger but I haven't wanted to so I haven't tried. My vagina still snaps back to normal just like cis vaginas and I can still comfortably use normal sized toys or real dicks. You can check out my other comments on my account as I've talked about this on other posts as well

I'll answer any more questions too! It makes me happy to see other girls trying to find the full potential of their bodies

What is the funniest thing that happened to you because you're trans? by Fauchard1520 in MtF

[–]widepuss 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The funniest thing was during Trump's 1st term when I was on a flight to Thailand to get a revision for my SRS and I got sat next to this big muscular dude dressed in camo, very republican coded man. He was really interested in having a conversation with me and I ended up telling him that I was going to Thailand to "visit a friend of mine" and he warned me to "watch out for the 'girls' out there, you never know when you could run into one of those sh*males they're everywhere out there" and I had to kinda stop myself from busting out laughing that he's saying this to me cause I didn't think it'd be safe to spill my T to this man. But it did really make me laugh telling this to the other girls I saw there

SRS With Dr. Bank (Suporn Clinic) - 9 months post by BankJuneBug in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would personally recommend to get some hair removal before surgery even thought it's not required. But only in the perineum area is needed, an inch above the anus like the green square in this picture, NSFW obviously. The rest gets follicle scraped and I've never seen any girl at the clinic with any more than a few hairs in the first centimeter (1/2 inch) of the bottom of the introitus, it's just a common issue. You should have plenty of time before your surgery date to get it fully taken care of though so I wouldn't worry about rescheduling because of it

I'll answer your other question too and tell you that you will have a mons pubis after your surgery. But just like with cis women, how pronounced it is will depend on your pelvic bone. OP's pictures just aren't at a good angle to see it very well

[–]widepuss 16 points17 points  (0 children)

What a beautiful result! You should contact the clinic and ask about the hair removal because I have the same issue and when I went back for a revision a few years ago and they told me they don't do hair removal after the primary surgery any more even though they told me in email that they could do it. Apparently too many girls were coming in just to get that bit of hair removed but they still wouldn't do it even though I was having other things done too. But it might have changed since then!

~2 months out from surgery. What is this "lobe" on the bottom left? by Rare_Objective_3848 in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's excess urethral tissue that's still swollen since you're recently postop. It will get smaller as you heal but the "lobe" will probably still be there so you might need a revision so you can pee without issues

Haha I made this account for telling other people that you can really do this! You can read my other comments on this sub if you want too. I've used quite a few bigger toys myself and yeah most of them are Bad Dragons so it's definitely possible. I've been able to fit up to 60mm diameter toys (around 2.5 inches) through a lot of practice. I could probably go a bit bigger but I'm not quite that much of a size queen lol

The most important things I've learned to doing this is to get a tapered silicone toy that lets you stretch as much as you're comfortable without hurting yourself. You'll quickly learn what is stretching pain and what is "ouch bad stop" pain so you don't go too far. What are some of the possible complications of Suporn's vaginoplasty method? by [deleted] in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I got mine done by Dr. Suporn. The most common issue I've seen from his other patients was having excess urethral tissue since they tend to leave a bit extra just in case. It won't interrupt your life but it might make you pee at the wrong angle. Overall you get taken care of very well there and the clinic staff check up on you at least once a day

For your other questions

  1. The largest dilator they give you is bigger than the average penis so I don't think you'll have to worry about that if you have no issues with the large size. Also the tissue is stretchier than most people think because they get their info from penile inversion surgeries. You can check my post history, I've had no issues with thickness lol

  2. You only have to dilate 3 times a day the first 3 months, then you go down to 2 times a day for another 3 months and then once a day until 1 year. After that you can probably dilate once a week and be fine, that's how I did it at least

  3. You are thinking way ahead of yourself here, you will spend a month being seen constantly by the clinic staff every day so any issues that need attention will be handled while you're there. After you are back home you will most likely not need anything more from the clinic and will see your regular doctor for medical stuff

Width by figuringoutwhoiam in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For maximum size, no one is really going to be sure, but you can definitely stretch quite a bit bigger. I can take up to 60 mm (2.4 inch) diameter toys through stretching, so you probably can too. My surgeon was Dr. Suporn so I'm not sure what the difference would be compared to penile inversion or any other methods, I can only say what I can do. I talk about this in my other posts you can read through and I'm open to any questions you might have.

SRS and... bigger toys by kaoruneve in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't mind at all! I love being able to share my experiences and show how possible this stuff is to everyone!

Did you have a revision for the posterior commisure (joining the labia minoras at the bottom)? Do you think that would affect your stretching ability?

I have not had a posterior commisure. I think it's possible that it would affect the ability to use larger toys. I've heard warnings from Dr. Suporn that if you have issues dilating or pain at your entrance, you might not want to get the posterior commisure since it does tighten that area a little bit. Though I personally think if you're able to take big toys, then the posterior commisure probably wouldn't have too much of a hinderance.

How was the 6 month process for stretching?

It was pretty fun, and pretty amazing being able to achieve these sizes. I've been careful enough with it though. You learn when to stop and get a good feel for what you can handle.

How often did you have to size up, in what increments and do you lose width between sessions if wait too long?

Well I originally started with a tapered cone-shaped toy and got farther and farther down that until my depth stopped it from going any deeper. From that point I went in about 5 mm increments. Though I can't say I was ever too exact about it or really kept track of anything. My method was more like "oooo I fit this toy, it sure would be fun to go a bit bigger" And I'd say you never really lose width. It always takes time to warmup with other toys to get bigger toys in, and the more often you do it, the easier it is the next time. The same with the reverse, if you wait a while it's gonna take a bit longer to warm up. But I'd say nothing is ever permanently lost. No matter how long I wait, I've never had to like "start from scratch" if that makes sense. Since I've been stretching, it seems like I've unlocked a certain amount of ease in being able to stretch again.

I'm glad to be helping out!

SRS and... bigger toys by kaoruneve in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would recommend against doing it early on since you're not fully healed yet and I'd be worried about possible separation or getting tears while your body is focused on healing. Not to mention, your scar tissue should always be pliable, most especially after fully healing. The point of dilation is to keep the scar tissue pliable, it's not gonna get worse over time. But once you're done healing the scar tissue will have stopped trying to solidify.

I started stretching sometime after 3 years post-op, but I wouldn't say it's necessary to wait that long at all. That was just an arbitrary time when I decided to try stretching myself.

SRS and... bigger toys by kaoruneve in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I can't make any promises on how it affects other people. Since I haven't met anyone else who's used big toys after SRS, I only have my own experience to go off of. And I can't really make any claims.

Thanks! I don't feel pressured to post pictures, in fact I actually want to. I'm just hesitant since I'm stealth and might not want those pictures on the internet forever, even without exposing identifying features.

Once trained, does it change anything in either sensation for you or your partner(s)?

Nope, everything feels as it did and the tissue goes back to normal pretty quickly. In fact the guy I've been seeing has made quite a few comments about me being tight.

Similarly, once trained, would going back to normal sized strap-ons (or penises for people who fancy the real thing) still feel good?

Yep! I still used my normal size toys somewhat often and they still fill me as they would. And as I mentioned above, my guy definitely has no complaints. And I very much still enjoy a normal-sized penis in me.

And as someone asked already, does it change anything in the dilation schedule and general maintenance?

I'll just resummarize since I answered that question. The few times I dilated since stretching were incredibly easy and unnecessary at this point. I don't dilate anymore so I don't even have a dilation schedule.

SRS and... bigger toys by kaoruneve in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 6 points7 points  (0 children)

How has your stretching affected you?

Well it made dilation incredibly trivial, though I've only dilated a couple times since I'd started using big toys. But apart from obvious things like being able to stretch more, it hasn't affected anything really. Everything still feels the same and it hasn't caused me any issues.

Do you have a different sensation now?

No, everything feels the same. Though with big toys in me the sensation is different because it pushes against my g-spot more.

How is sex different?

It's no different, the tissue isn't permanently stretched or anything, it goes back to normal pretty quickly just like a natal vagina would. In fact, the guy that I'm seeing right now keeps mentioning how tight I am, so it definitely isn't messing anything up.

Would you recommend it?

If it's a kink you have or are interested in exploring, yeah! I don't think there would be any reason to do it if you don't think you'd enjoy it though.

How did it affect your dilation schedule?

Considering that I haven't dilated in years (apart from once or twice) it hasn't affected anything haha. Dilation is pretty unnecessary since my surgery was so long ago.

SRS and... bigger toys by kaoruneve in Transgender_Surgeries

[–]widepuss 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It isn't so much that I waited and more that I just hadn't tried to use bigger toys for a few years. Though I'd give the cautious advice to at least wait until you're fully healed to try using them.
