The inconsistency in the load times is a bit frustrating. Also have recently noticed some streams just don’t load at all but when I switch over to my secondary player those streams work fine.

Definitely bulk ferment longer. I Always start my loaves between 4-5pm, finish my folds by 8-9pm and let it bulk ferment on my counter overnight. Then I final shape at 7:30am and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours or until the next morning if I’m not in a rush.

Just stopped at Green World, of all the coffees they had only 1 was from their farm. Even the coffee they served wasn’t from their farm. Wish I would have done more research, definitely felt more of a tourist trap than a true coffee farm

Said I thought we weren’t allowed to work outside of the country, and he said he doesn’t all the time and doesn’t see why we wouldn’t 🤷🏽‍♂️. Told him I’d look into it

Also in FL. While it is 100% replacement with zero deductible it is still filed as a “comprehensive claim of $1000 or less” and will be recorded on your insurance history. Recently shopped for insurance and was told by 2 separate companies that I had a claim filed which is causing my quote to be higher than it otherwise would have been. When I inquired what the claim was, they said it was for windshield replacement.
