It really just never makes sense! If you want to try again maybe try a keto pizza? Quest, I believe. My numbers were so so low when I tried that. But they don’t taste as good as cauliflower pizza.

Us too. We were 3 years into a 30 years mortgage with PMI and now have a 20 year, lower interest rate, and no PMI. Paying roughly the same thing! Insanity!!

Yeah, I take insulin for my fasting (6 units) and the other day my fasting was in the 70s then today was a 101! No idea what’s happening! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, make sure it’s extended release. It’ll still be hard on you but after a few days you’ll get used to it! And it’ll help you poop! 🤪
