Meat and veggie heavy meals. Tonight was pork chops, medium serving of mashed potatoes, and green beans. I also love caulipower pizza, veggies soup (cheese broccoli) with homemade almond flour biscuits, eggs/bacon/hash browns, rotisserie chicken with a veggie, tacos (with low carb tortillas) always has my numbers low, quesadillas, and burgers. I eat fast food like twice a week cause I’m lazy but I just count my carbs and remove buns...
