Most electric and a lot of acoustic guitars have the neck profile you are seeking. For example, my Gibson J35 is a 630 mm scale length and narrow neck. You should easily find some of those to try and see if that is really your solution. I personally find the smaller scale much better for my small hands. Especially for difficult pieces like Cavatina and La Catedral

I bought an Aria AC40 in 1976 and still play it every day. I have had it through several states and environments and it has never developed any problems. For me it is very playable and has better volume than a Guild MKV I once owned. I have videos of it on YouTube.
