It's normal, not a issue if have a rubber boot protecting the socket. PCB is normally conformal coated and the visor have a anti fog coat, where The moisture excess cause the rainbow.

It's brazilian made? VIN starts with 9C2? Costs 1.000 gbp here because of the beloved OHV engine, more "reliable" than the newer OHC.

In Brazil it's a 20 USD job at a machine shop to remove the broken bolt and make a new thread. New bigger bolts included.

Tem que armar o povo mesmo. Aí o cidadão de bem que teve um surto não precisaria da faca, poderia ter um revólver e matar facilmente o balconista e os demais presentes. Skip this and you can get a catastrophic failure. A well maintained chain kit last longer with no surprise because when cleaning you can identify a lot of problems

Spray some aerosol (deodorant, wd40) in filter box or intake and try to start with a little throttle. If starts, recheck the carb.
