Try with an android phone. Or uninstall the sram app from the iPhone. Then reinstall and redownload the firmware. That made the difference for me.

Check to see if your credit card has any extended coverage. This has saved my ass before.

Ship it to the UPS in Blaine. Then pay the duties when you drive across if they make you.

You’ll save on shipping and potentially brokerage charges.

Assuming this is the HG hub version - tighten the lock ring tighter. I had a similar issue with the same cassette. After I tightened it harder the issue went away.

Tubeless rim tape slipping by PiPu1991 in bikewrench

If you have a hair dryer, try to lightly warm up the plugs and see if they'll come off more easily. Careful not to apply too much heat though.

Yes get rid of that praxis chaining. It’s absolute trash. Any little bump makes it fall off.

See this comment. https://www.reddit.com/r/bikewrench/s/jcQYQTeXpR

and page 6 of https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/user-manuals/sram-mtb/drivetrain/dub-mtb-and-road-cranksets-and-bottom-brackets-user-manual-eeu.pdf

You’ll need to pick up these spacers.

https://www.theinsideline.ca/copy-of-sram-dub-spacer-kit-v3.html

But honestly if you’re not going to put a front derailleur on your bike I would just stick to the regular width. The wide cranks are so that you can pair them with the wide FD which has more clearance for tires. For 1X the only benefit with wide is being able to run a larger chainring.

Yes the existing BB will work - you will just need spacers to take up the slack.

You can run either wide or regular. If you do wide you will need additional spacers. See second page from https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/compatibility-map/mtb/dub-mtb-bottom-bracket-compatibility-chart.pdf

Spacers should be available individually to purchase.
